Poor little Bandit. I believe he is moarning his beloved friend.
Give him a couple of days. They do moarn very much like we do.
Leave his food down, maybe a little longer and supplement with
nutrical like your doing. No dog ever starved its self to death, of course
unless he was sick.
Finger's crossed he get's back to his normal puppy self real soon..
