I love love love the Mirena IUD, i had it put in in Nov. and it hurt like heck but i havnt gained any weight so far I actually have lost a few pounds
I think everyone is different the only neg side effect for me was the constant spotting the first month and I had one Acne breakout a few weeks after insertion but it cleared in a few days
