i used the patch when i was on birthcontrol. its a good option if you dont want anything "stuck up there" and forget the pill often. i am now doing natural birthcontrol (calendar methood and basil body temp) i would highly recomend not getting the depo shot since it is one of the highest risk forms of birthcontrol. once its in you, you cant get it out...and it is also very unatural for a woman to not have a period ever...puts a huge stress on your hormones and body. just my opinion though |
