They are a real problem and you are diluting the seriousness by labeling anyone who's breeding practices you don't like as a puppymill. Google puppymills and you will see that they are not simply uneducated or careless breeders- puppymills are evil on a mass scale. The issue is not helped in any way when people use the word so flippantly. I'm seeing this a lot lately and it's aggravating.
