yes, bad breeders should stop breeding purebreds as well. There are only a small amount of reputable breeders in this world when you look at the overall amount of people breeding, and only those reputable breeders ought to be breeding. We wouldn't have purebreds or mixes being euthanized all the time if most people would quit breeding. That's why I will only support breeders that breed for the right reasons - to breed to the breed standard and continually improve the breed.

If someone wants a mix, why not adopt one? I don't think breeding just because people will buy is the right reason for breeding...that's doing it for money. Not a good reason to breed.
