Not that it's really anyones business..she is 53, she has a degree in psychology(her and I don't get along, so don't think I'm sticking up for her just because she's my sister), she did a lot of reading, and she wanted good healthy pups, with 2 great breeds(and this is what the people buying them wanted)..her puppies did not go until they were 10 weeks, the parents BOTH had all the tests done necessary by her vet, the mother was in her 2nd heat, so she was 1 1/2 or around there. the mother dog is now 8 and had her last litter 5 years ago..she did a back to back breeding, then skipped until the 3rd heat, had 2 more back to back and that was all the litters she had..and no, she didn't have anyone sign a spay/neuter contract, because a lot of family members bought them, and she knew they would have them spayed/neutered, and the other ones she knew they wouldn't, but, even if they did, that would have been their decision..I don't want someone telling me I can't breed my dog if I want...now, if I'm paying less for a yorkie because of the spay/netuer contract, then thats another story
