The Healthy Powder recipe is in the book by Dr. Pitcairn. I usually only make half at a time to keep it fresher.
Ooooh, and I forgot that you can add legumes to the diet to boost protein-my two like kidney beans, split peas, and blackeyed peas, to name a few. I can get 2 cups of beans for something like 40 cents per bag-which makes 6-8 cups of legumes!
