I would contact Admin here also. He is a featured storeowner here and this is what the thread says from Admin:
"Featured Storeowners are held to a high standard and provide a great level of customer service for YorkieTalk members. If you have any problems with a Featured Storeowner, let us know and we can try to work it out for you."
I'm a bit suprised to see him admit to ignoring his customers' orders previously, then do it again.
