Thank you guys! I figured in the long run its worth it. I checked VPI insurance also when I got my puppy. I ll shop around and find the best. For neutering thou I heard about vouchers that you can get, they give you a big discount. I figure I ll use that because with insurance it takes 30 days to be enrolled and able to use it. Maxi needs to get neutered this month thou. I dont know where to get it yet in New York I only found one that states it only approves if you are on a public assistance which I am not. You guys right its better be save then sorry. My friend lost his pet after crazy surgeries (the surgeries didnt help) and ended up paying $8,000 because he didnt have insurance
