That's what I've been taking along with xanex...I've been having pretty bad anxiety attacks too ...I never knew what they were till the last few months - the medication really helps..I sure know it when I don't take it........I'm on my last refill and don't know what I'll do when they run out but don't plan to go back to see the doctor...I have too many expenses with the move coming up
I have a new appreciation for people who deal with depression on a regular basis - I know
why I feel like I do - but there's so many out there that live their lives with depression not knowing why they feel so bad - and it's not something to take lightly.
