I know...when I see a dog chained up outside, I want to put it's owners on a short chain and see how they like it It makes me so sad. I don't like any dog living outside 24/7, but at least a dog in a backyard can move around a lot. A dog on a chain can't move much at all...no exercise or anything. It's so sad

Educate yourself and buy from reputable breeders or rescue.
