I know...when I see a dog chained up outside, I want to put it's owners on a short chain and see how they like it

It makes me so sad. I don't like any dog living outside 24/7, but at least a dog in a backyard can move around a lot. A dog on a chain can't move much at all...no exercise or anything. It's so sad

Purchasing from backyard breeders, pet shops, and puppymills perpetuates the suffering of other dogs.
Educate yourself and buy from reputable breeders or rescue.
