AprilLove has slept with me since I got her, (I started her out on the bed in a little crate next to me). She was under 2 lbs when she started sleeping with me and now she sleeps on my head. I will add, though, that I am a very light sleeper and know immediately if one of the furbabies moves. I usually end up with all three of the little ones velcroed to me when I wake up, one on my head, one next to my chin and the other one on my side and I usually sleep like a stick person, LOL. I would consider what kind of sleeper you are (heavy sleeper, light, move around alot, etc) then go from there. I think using a little kennel/crate right next to you on the bed is a good idea, they are right next to you and you can touch them and comfort them and know they are safe from falling,
