I went to pet smart a few times..The first few times I had this really nice woman groom chewy that let me stay in the room with her and help her hold him. I like her a lot. But then there was these two younger girls that were not so nice, they were trying to cut chewy's nail and there were three people holding down a 3 pound dog. I was watching from the window because I refused to leave. At one point they had me come in to help... Chewy was a 4 month old puppy and I couldn't cut his nails cause he was so afraid... What a horrible ordeal it was. Chewy and I were both tramatized. I never took him back. I took him to a groomer that let me stay and help her. I groom him now and the only thing I don't do is his nails...I have the vet do that.
