Wow! I'm so sorry you had such a horrible experience. I hear that on YT about PetSmart, but I've gone there for years and never had a problem. I used to always stay with my poodle until I found a groomer I really liked and who Indy was comfortable with. Even then I stayed sometimes. I usually stay with Tink cause my old groomer left and I'm just not ready to let her be alone. Once I left her because I had to go to work, but I went to get her as quickly as I could.
But don't think you're a bad mommy because you left your baby where you should be able to leave her! It's not your fault. They should be trustworthy. You should really complain to the management. AND she should NEVER have spoken to you the way she did. Good grief, she is in a service industry and she chose her profession. Where was her head?! |
