Oh gosh that is horrible. Sorry she was traumatized. Your not a bad mommy sometimes things happen. Thankfully she wasn't hurt.
Lulu hated being groomed and after the first time I took her I decided to do it myself. So I learned...it wasn't the best but it was good enough to keep her looking nice and not scruffy.
