Like I mentioned....he's just a pup and will act like one. The only way he will be hard to deal with is if you and your family is not ready to deal with a puppy and all of his needs. If he is indeed only 8 weeks old, I would hope that they haven't had him to long, so being in that "enviroment" (whatever it is), shouldn't be much of an issue. But with him being that young and being such a small breed, he may need extra attention and extra TLC until he get a little older. But yes, I am sure he will grow up to be just fine........much better than if he stays where he is from what it sounds like to me.

Got to thinking about the registration papers.....you should be able to tell by looking at them that they are "real" regsitration forms; also, maybe you could/should check with the breeder these people got him from.
