Thank you all for the comforting words and touching pm's. Special Hugs to Connie for posting about Dixie for me and comforting me when I called her from the vets parking lot. Dixie was so sick. The specialist said he had never seen BUN levels so high and that's all he see's everyday. He had hoped we could buy her some more time lastweek, but within one week her levels had gone from 218 to 491. He kissed her good bye with me and stayed with me until she crossed over. I only had her a short while but her pawprints are forever on my heart. Pixie is wondering where she is she won't sit down and keeps going over to Dixie's crate that we put away in the corner.
You guys really are helping me through this horrible time and my heartfelt thanks for being there for me. |
