My pups are now 9 weeks old and they DID THE EXACT SAME THING!!! I was soooo careful and took excellent care of mine and couldn't see how this could happen. I wouldn't even let other people touch them. I was sooooo worried. Took them to the vet and she gave me anitbiotics for them. It honestly didn't seem to help. My Mom's pups were born 1 week after mine and then hers got the sniffles too. She didn't take them to the vet. They all (hers and mine) got over it and were perfectly fine. Someone else on here then had pups and posted the exact same thing. The only thing I can figure is that there is some extra pollen this year that the mothers are picking up when they go out to pee. I'd take them to the vet just to be safe. Mine started with just one pup, then went to all four (of course they all eat at the same buffet). I would wipe it off every single time I saw a teeny little bit come out of their noses. |
