grrr.. I hate paypal. When my hubby and I first got married and got our tax refund I bought a louis vuitton purse (bad idea I know) on ebay for more than 300 dollars.. never saw the purse or the money. Filed a complaint and they sent me an email that pretty much said yes I should get my money but "no funds could be recovered" I was so angry. Also my dad had sold some wireless playstation controllers on there.. someone said they didn't get the item they had bought? paypal gave them their money back (from my dad's account) and they never sent the controllers back?! I don't get it?
I hope all works out for you Missy! it seems like they would want proof the camera didn't work before refunding the money... or is it just his word against yours?!
