Well, here I am again....I need to draw strength from you all again......Abigaile is doing well from her LCP surgery. I'm holding on to the idea it takes a year for recovery. She still holds her little leg up when she runs.
Sigh.... I did a really stupid thing on Saturday, she only weights 2lb 6 oz(not now)..so we watch her close to make sure she eats...Saturday morning I was frying "bacon" and put just a little teaspoon of drippings on her food....WELL
she started with diarrhea...that night she was vomiting every two hours...Sunday I put a call into our Vet..he called...tells me to let it run it's course..give her only pedialyte for 24 hours. we did...she stoped the vomiting but the diarrhea has continued..he saw her yesterday...took a stool sample..said she was doing good but it would just take time...today I insisted on some blood work..which came back good...but she still has diarrhea...we have to bath her little bottom afterwards..she makes it to her pad...I'm so upset..please pray for a speedy recovery... she is our baby..thanks
