I make salasa chicken all the time.
Just put frozen skinless boneless chicken breasts in the crockpot
dump salsa over it (I usually use hot salsa - because it gets deluted with the water from the chicken).
I cook it all day on high
then shred up the chicken and used it for a lot of things, make burrittos, tacos, nachos, whatever. I also make this and use it in my enchilladas.
Very yummy and smells so good when it is cooking!
