I know exactly how you feel..we just had Gus Neutered and it was the longest day..waiting to pick him up and the house seemed so big and empty!! He actually acted like nothing even happened..when I called the vet's office 1.5 hrs. after the procedure he was up and running around and I'm sure wondering why he was in a pen...
