1. Make sure you talk straight to the Breeder...
2. Make sure that you see the Sire & the Dam (Fur Mommy & Daddy)
3. Papers are always good like AKC, ACA, CKC, etc.
4. Make sure the dog is up to date on all its shots & documented!!!
5. Make sure you can make an appointment for the dog at your vet and that the breeder is okay with this... if theyre not there's usually a reason...
6. Good bill of health...
7. A year guarantee on health, most good Breeders have these!!!
8. The Breeder will give you a receipt. You never know...
9. Make sure the Breeder will let you visit multiple times before you purchase.
10. This is MOST IMPORTANT:

Don't pick for looks, pick from the heart... When you see the right Yorkie, you'll know it!!!!
