Unfortunately most rescues are even worse about the no kids part than breeders. They don't want any chance that the dog will need to be rehomed again. And she needs to be very particular about which dog she brings into her home around her child. A puppy can learn to be gentle with a child, an older one may be snappy and scared of a child. |
