 I cry too easily!
Does anyone know how to stop yourself from crying. I swear I cry at the drop of a hat. It isn't depression it is something I have done all of my life. For example My boss and I got into a discussion about my job (I'm trying to get more hours" and she had to tell me I didn't get what I wanted. I, like a fool, teared up because I was so disappointed. I know it is understandable to be disappointed but to cry? I cry every time Lassie comes home too. Sigh. Any suggestions? |
