Hi Linda. Welcome to Yorkie Talk. As you can see there are so many good people here ready and willing to help with your concerns about little Ruby. I'm so glad she is doing better with her eating. As for the biting, she is very young so maybe she just needs a little more time to learn that biting is a No No. Can't wait to see pictures of her.
