With active pushing 2 hours is the longest you want to let them go. If she's been resting and is just now picking up the pace she should be okay. You said the water burst. Watch for a dry birth. If she is straining and can't seem to be still you might want to glove up and with the help of alot of lube see if you can see a couple of little feet. This will also provide some feathering to help the contractions along.
