I read most of your previous story and I totally agree with you not saying you know who the owner is. Not because she was rude and nasty, but how many of us have had our yorkies get out several times? I just don't think so!!
(although I will say my dogs are neither microchipped nor do they wear collars because I am afraid they will get hung up on something and suffocate); but I am also extremely careful with my dogs to make sure they don't get out.
He will be in a better home now; too bad you couldn't keep him!
