Cute Jamie. I hope Tika is all better soon. I agree, it really depends on how the children have been brought up. My son was about two when my mom got her second yorkie, no problems and we visited often. My two dogs adored my son when we brought him home and visa versa. He was always very gentle with them. He is now almost 25 and has never hurt an animal, in fact is studying BSc Zoology/Marine Biology ( he has wanted to "look after fishies" since he was 5yrs old
I think he prefers animals to humans! He is my chief babysitter to my yorkies when hubby and I go away. I don't know what I would do without him.
