Frankly, I'm not sure what my feelings are. On the one hand, his responses were a little... uh... unprofessional. But on the other hand, he sounded quite proud of his business and his breeding practices. So, as a business person, I have mixed feelings about him.
About his business, let me say this...
The dog breeds we have today are due to solid knowledge of genetics and years of SOUND breeding practices. Every single one of our toy breeds have been bred down to their present acceptable sizes. He may have something going on in his bloodlines or something else, I don't know. But, after watching his web site for the last 6 years, it would appear he does have something consistant going on. And I do like the LOOKS, as they APPEAR on the web site, of his Yorkies.
That said, I like a LOT of Yorkies I see. So, bottom line, we'll be checking out several, maybe many, including Velvet Touch, when it's time for our next furbaby.
