  She should get rabies at 4-6 months (best to wait til 6 months with Yorkies).
DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvo and parainfluenza) is given 3-4 times, 3-4 weeks apart (only necessary to give three times as long as it is started no earlier then about 8 weeks).  This is a combo vaccine so it is four in one (lepto and corona are sometimes added.  I wouldn't do lepto and corona isn't necessary).  
Most vets give bordetella and I'm not sure where that fits in because I don't give it.
Don't let them talk you into the giardia vaccine or the lyme's disease vaccine unless they pose a large threat in your area and even then I wouldn't. 
If you mean she is getting 5 in one day and they are part of a combo shot, that is normal (except it should only be four...DHPP).  If you mean 5 separate injections then no way.  They should get one shot per visit in my opinion and they should be spaced out atleast a week or two in between.
