Take a deep breath frist. It takes several months to get them fully house trained. So for thinking your baby will get it at only 14 weeks sorry but it's too soon. You have to be totally consistent and in the beginning you have to watch them like a hawk. If you want her to use the pee pad inside incase you can't catch her then the next time she pees in the house use it to clean the pee. That way their scent is on it. Then take her to the pad and tell her Pee/Potty here and put her on it.
Your in for a long road and you need to be consistent. A good thing is also to limit her access to the house until you get her going well.
