My baby is 14 wks old now and I can not get her potty trained. She will go outside and knows she gets a treat when she does go, but then will come inside and not 10 mins later will go inside. I have tried pee pads, but she doesn't get that at all. She will honestly pee right in front of you. What am I doing wrong or what do I need to do??
