So far so good.
It hasn't curbed my smoking but it hasn't made me sick. My Dr. said to not even try to cut back the first week while it got in my system so I haven't. Tomorrow I start the 1 mg pills so we'll see. When I start those I'm not allowing myself to smoke while on the phone or while driving which is when I tend to chain. One week from tomorrow is my quit date.
