Does anyone have a yorkie who's ears arent standing?

My baby Tucker is 12 weeks old now and his ears still are not standing. Ive tried the massaging of the ears, and taping them. I feel so bad when I tape them up he doesnt seem to mind but I hate it. Anyway it didnt work, is it normal for a yorkie to have floppy ears?

Also my baby is a big boy at just 6 weeks he was 2.2 lbs does that mean he is going to be huge?
