I am the oldest of 3 kids. My sister (middle child)
was born with mental problems. basically some of the stuff inside her brain is missing. It was hard growing up with her as my dad treated her special saying "you have to watch out fir her as she is not well. Mind you she is highly functional, graduated high school and can take of herself for the most part. She was in and out of the hospital every year for most if her young life which made others say the poor thing. What my brother and I saw was someone who got most of the attention. It was hardest for me as I had been an only child for 7 years.

I am now looked to for helping mom and dad more with things and with my sister. I think it helped me mature quicker.
