When I was looking for my baby boy Yorkie, every single breeder I spoke to asked if I had small children. I do understand why they ask, and I have three teenagers....but it does seem they should take it on a case by case basis. I have to constantly remind my teenagers that little ones are underfoot and to watch their step! Also, the best thing I bought for my baby Yorkie was a playpen. When things get hectic around our house-such as cleaning, company, other Yorkie Pippa acting crazy, little Scout can go in the playpen to chill. He has a little sheepskin bed, puppy pad, food and water in there.
