I am so sorry to hear about your puppy. My puppy was diagnosed with liver shunt about 3 months ago (he was 4 months old at the time). They immediatly did surgery to close off the shunt and he is doing great now! His bile acids have not come down yet, but we are hoping they will within the next few months. He is such a happy little puppy that you would never know anything had happened to him. My prayers are with you and your puppy!
