Omg Lucy turning into a terror?

Hi everyone, I haven't posted in a long time. I've been busy with work and life in general. But, my little Lucy is turning into a terror (I also posted this in the training section.)

Before I get into her terror-like behavior I will give everyone a little update. Not sure if anyone remembers but I was going back and forth about whether or not to have Lucy spayed because of her BAT results and elevated bloodwork levels. Well after extensive talk with the vet and an x-ray of her liver. I went ahead with the spay and she did amazingly well!

Now on to my problem. It seems that she has recently developed a number of disturbing behaviors.

1. She attacks our toes when we walk and grabs our socks at any chance she gets. She isn't teething anymore and not really sure what provokes her to do this.

2. Grooming. When I give her a bath on my own at home. I have had to start taking her into the shower with me because when she's in the sink she climbs out of the tub or splashes all around. Meanwhile leaving me with scratches all over my arms.

3. I took her to the professional groomer, and they weren't able to even trim her ears because she wouldn't sit still to have them hand-scissored and she wouldn't let them get near her face with the electric clippers. They also said she had severe cage aggression, and even asked if she had gone to puppy training class, which she has and passed with flying colors.

The cage aggression is also something the vet has mentioned. The funny thing is this isn't an issue at home. At home she sits and sleeps in her cage without making a noise. Usually she's only in there at night or when we are at work. So I'm thinking maybe at the vets and the groomers she hears and sees people and that aggravates her because she is a very people/puppy friendly dog. She likes everyone to see her and she wants to see everyone.

I need advice or help on how to remedy this situation. I don't want her to be a terror to groom for the rest of her life. I'm at my wits-end. Because she needs a bath about every 2 weeks, due to allergies and being outside for pottying and everything.
