When Kalani was younger he ate part of a thick plastic mat and had the same problem your little one is having. The vet gave him some anti-nausea meds and said as long as he was eating and pooping to just keep an eye on him. Things seemed to calm down but almost 2 weeks later he started having problems again so I took him back to the vet for x-rays and blood tests. They couldn't find a blockage but gave me more meds and the next day he threw up and pooped a whole bunch of plastic - he was fine after that though I continued the meds just to help his insides heal. Praying your little one is able to pass whatever he ingested real soon as I know how difficult it is on their little bodies. Oh, another thing that helped was making sure Kalani had small frequent meals as this helped his tummy from getting too acidic.
