 Chest Infection
Hi ive just come back from the vet as my 2week 4 days old little girl pup had me up all last nite crying. When i looked at her she was gasping for breath and her tongue was blue. I took her to the vet this morning as soon as it was open and he gave her an injection of antibiotics and and injection to help her breathing, telling me that she had an infection on one side of her chest. I asked how she would have got this, informing him i have got a cold and he said she could have got it from me! He also gave me electrolytes incase she dehydrates and said see how she goes in the next few hours and bring her back tomorow. I pray she pulls through. Her 3 sisters are fine. What i want to know is, should i put her back with her sisters or keep her isolated in the little basket she is in now? The roo is very wam. Please help, i dont want to loose her or the others. thanks . xx |
