It must be the season or something, I just had it out with Alltel. Every time you call and get a different person, you get a completely different answer. Sad thing is, we switched from Sprint to Alltel, so now what?
I am sorry you are dealing with it too! The thing I can't stand is their "we're right and you can't do anything about it attitude".
