I am sorry! Good luck dealing with them. We had basically the same thing happen with Verizon (on more than one occasion) - only we pay whatever it is to have unlimited txt msging and they were still trying to charge us per msg. They FINALLY admitted they goofed up and credited our account but it took a lot of screaming and raising h*ll on my part to get them to do it.
