OMG - I am so angry right now. Those HORRIBLE first owners. They obviously don't know anything at all. That poor little fella, he must be so scared. Gosh, all it takes in some love, patience and postive training.
I wish you luck - I really do hope you can save him, I know you would do the right thing for him.
