They can't hold him but they said it was unlikely for him to be adopted due to the fact he has a no homes with kids ban on him (because he was surrendered for biting) and he has been reported as a biter. Hopefully he will still be there..but if he isn't that still means he went to someone's good home and he's not going to be killed...so i wont be too upset.
