AGREED!
Many years ago now, there was a movement to make German Shepherds and Doberman Pinchers
larger. Sadly, this is in large part why hip dysplasia is such a common problem in these breeds today.
I wish you could count on Yorkies being bred to a size within the breed standard... "7 lbs or under".
