I had a heck of a time with Gracie biting when she was a puppy. Bitter apple did nothing. The only thing that sent a message was to stop what we were doing, stand up and turn my back to her. How would you feel if someone did that to you? Consistency is key. Eventually the biting will stop if you use this technique and use it consistently.
