I used to try and pull it out with my fingers and she would cry and scream and be awful. Then I started putting the cleaner in there first to make it kinda wet so I could see better and I use tweezers to pluck and she doesn't cry at all now. AND we use lots of yummy treats, everytime I pluck even a little she gets a treat.
