Either way, find out which area he comes from and ask him in plain MAN language "Honey (or Dear), I know you may be tired, but so am I, will you please help me so (insert something man like here example) so we can both watch the game." Unfortunately, we men can be very childish, so persuasion is the game here. Any how, good luck, Remember, always be a lady, it drives us crazy when you just smile.
You are really good and right on. My way works most of the time...."I ain't cha damn momma, now get up off your a** and pick your s*** up"...... (I know, its not "being a lady", but what if I said it with a smile...?). See I don't think I should have to be nice about it or ask please....He made the mess so he can clean it up, I shouldn't have to beg him to do something. I don't care to do all the cleaning and laundry, but I am not picking up after a grown man. To me that is just disrespectful to expect me to do that. It should not be my job just because I am the wife/woman.
