oh my.... i'm sorry both your dogs have this problem
since Holly is so young i would talk to your breeder about this. Unless holly took a huge dive off the couch or something like that she was most likely born this way. Its most likely not going to fix itself as she grows. does she walk ok? are her knees turning in or out? is her back hunched when she walks?
